According to this model, a resilient company that can adapt to exponential market conditions must consider five types of agility: Technical Agility, Structural Agility, Outcomes Agility, Social Agility, and Mental Agility.
Each of these five areas or dimensions focuses on one type of organizational agility, but they're all interrelated. Enterprise Agility's five types or dimensions help influence change initiatives. It also enables organizational leaders to identify the company's current capabilities collectively.
