The ATOM or Align Traditional Organizations Model was initially developed to help more traditional organizations accelerate the path to Enterprise Agility and reduce resistance to change.
It seeks to introduce new ideas using familiar language. It can be of great value to executives or change agents who want to introduce new concepts and approaches to an organization where tasks have always been done the same way. It is part of Leading Exponential Change and was originally published in 2018.
